Natural Rubber Sheet & Rubber Pad

Fundamentally Natural Rubber (NR) is derived from latex liquid extracted from rubber trees. The Rubber Products made out of NR has tremendous mechanical properties, less compressive and known for high elasticity. The dynamic and reverberation properties of natural rubber are an added advantage. The operating temperature range is from -40° C to + 70° C. It is available in a wide range of hardness from 30° to 90° shore A. It is resistant to acids, alkalis and salts. It is not preferable to use natural rubber along with oils and hydrocarbons since it’s not resilient to them. NR is also blended with Styrene Butadiene Rubber (SBR) and polybutadiene (PBR) to obtain specific properties.

Nitrile Rubber Sheet & Rubber Pad

Nitrile or acrylonitrile butadiene Rubber Sheet & Pad is a copolymer of butadiene and acrylonitrile. It is oil resistant and some of the mechanical properties of nitrile rubber are its elasticity. Hence it is easier to elongate and flexible enough to manufacture different kinds of rubber products. It has enough aging properties and good linkage to metals. Nitrile rubber products works best at a temperature range of -30° C to + 120° C. The acrylonitrile butadiene rubber also displays a good resistance to inorganic chemical products. Moreover it gives suitable resistance to general hydrocarbons. It is effective and permitted for food grade application. It is generally not suggested to use Nitrile Rubber with the polar liquids like ketone, amines and ethers since this kind of rubber is glacial in nature.

Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer

EPDM or Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer can be treated with sulphur or dicumyl peroxide (DCP). The temperature range EPDM can withhold is -45°C to + 120°C. This type of rubber can be used outdoor purposes as it extremely resilient to corrosion, U.V. Rays and Ozone due to its highly inundated polymer chain. Nevertheless, EPDM is not resistant to fluids like oil, corrosive chemicals and solvents. It is impervious to water and used as roofing rubber sheet and waterproofing membrane.

Silicon Rubber Sheet & Rubber Pad

Natural Rubber, Viton, Silicon, Neoprene, Nitrile, EPDM are inert in nature and thus rubber sheet and pad made out of the above chemicals are the preferred choice in medical, pharmaceutical industries. Silicone rubber is bio-compatible in nature and hence it is used in food processing industries. Basically a silicone has low mechanical properties such as tensile strength, elasticity and tears strength, though they keep constant even at high temperatures. And Silicone is not applicable in high pressure vapour. Its resistance to oil and hydrocarbon products is equally inadequate. Equitable resistance to a whole range of general chemicals but acids, alkalis, esters and kerosene must be avoided since they are not resilient to such chemicals. Silicone is heat resistant (dry air) and at +200°C it gets sporadic. It remains flexible at low temperatures of -70°C and it is also resistant to ultra-violent light, Ozone and weathering. Silicone is less prone to flame, smoke and toxic. It is known for its great electrical insulation properties and passive nature.

The Rubber Pad & Rubber Mat is designed with many holes and the anti-fatigue mats decreases the foot tiredness for workers; holes in surface, bevelled edges & dotted bottom helps in tracking wet in workstations, restaurants, heavy duty areas, etc. and gives air circulation. Cushioned support reduces fatigue and helps prevent accidents. Rubber mats are made up of compounds such as grease resistant-natural rubber or grease proof-nitrile rubber.
